APPOINTMENTS ⦁ Arrive on time, not too early or late, to allow proper cleaning and sanitation between appointments. ⦁ Communication is key! Please inform us of delays, cancellations, or concerns as soon as possible. ⦁ Arrive clean and prepared, free of makeup, oils, contact lenses, and leftover product when applicable. ⦁ No additional guests or children unless previously approved. ⦁ Disclose any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment. DEPOSITS ⦁ A $20 deposit is required to secure every appointment. No deposit = no appointment. ⦁ Deposits go toward your service total. ⦁ Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. ⦁ Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice to transfer your deposit. ⦁ Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may qualify for a full refund upon request. CANCELLATIONS & LATENESS ⦁ A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Please communicate if delayed. ⦁ Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in a shortened, modified, or cancelled appointment. ⦁ Repeated lateness, cancellations, or no-shows may affect future booking privileges. REFILLS ⦁ Lashes: Every 2–3 weeks, with at least 40% remaining. After 23 days, a full set is required. ⦁ Gel-X and builder gel: Every 2–3 weeks. ⦁ Refills over another technician's work may be refused; removal may be required. ⦁ Report any lifting, breakage, or damage beforehand. PAYMENTS ⦁ Cash and e-transfer accepted. Payment is due after the service. Deposits are deducted from the final balance. CONTENT ⦁ Photos/videos may be taken for portfolios and promotional content. Please communicate any privacy concerns beforehand. REFUNDS & TOUCH-UPS ⦁ Completed services are non-refundable. ⦁ Report any issues within 72 hours to discuss a possible complimentary touch-up. ⦁ Damage caused by accidents, picking, rubbing, or improper aftercare may not qualify. HEALTH & SAFETY ⦁ Please reschedule if experiencing an infection, significant irritation, or a condition affecting service safety. ⦁ Studio Fatal reserves the right to refuse or stop services for health or safety reasons. ACCESSIBILITY ⦁ Please note that our location requires stairs and has no elevator. Contact us before booking with any accessibility concerns. CLIENT CONDUCT ⦁ Studio Fatal is a respectful, judgment-free space. Respect is expected from everyone. ⦁ We reserve the right to refuse services OR permanently ban clients for misconduct, repeated no-shows, or policy violations. ⦁ Payment is still due for completed services.
